of the 3 days we were in nantes, we came here for breakfast on 2 mornings and even got lunch to go before heading to the airport. pain au chocolat was lovely. madelines & this chocolate fondant were still phenomenal even after a flight back home. just note that there isn’t any latte here!

By far one of the best croissants I have ever tasted! So much butter present, just wow. Tried other products as well and they were just as good! Go try it, you won't regret it :)

Amazing croissant, which goes without saying as it has won so many awards, but what is pleasantly surprising is the size and modest price of this excellent treat along with friendly staff and efficient service. Great selection of desserts overall. I also had the apple tart and the pain au chocolate. Went back for a lemon meringue. Wish I had more space so I could try everything, the spirit was willing but the flesh was weak.- Service

Mon dieu! This place is so delicious. Had a chicken and cumin quiche and a salted caramel pastry. Both were amazing! Whatever you have it will be delicious but please do not miss the salted caramel pastry. It is award winning.

I must say I’ve been trying quiche throughout my train trip throughout France and I would say after six stops. This one was by far one of the best I had quiche vegetarian with cheese. The people in the bakery were very helpful. There was so many delicious looking things I had to resist and not add anything more into my tummy.

Very good croissants, and pain au chocolat. They were super light and airy, and had depth of flavours from the French butter and chocolate. Fresh and well priced! The other options all looked great too. No almond croissant at the time but they even had a cookie croissant, which we didn’t try.

I have been looking for the elusive « perfect « croissant of my nostalgic memories. Fluffy, light, delicate, crispy, with real butter. No heavy hearted croissant. Small. Harder to find these days.
I passed this boulangerie many times without entering because it looked more like a somewhat touristy lunch takeout than a real boulangerie. It has bread, pastries and sandwiches and salads… It often has a long waiting line. But it also boasts about its « best croissant « award, however legitimate.
So I tried.
Besides the size (too large, American size), it was indeed « perfect. »
I also tried a multigrain bread, albeit not bad, not memorable either.
But I have now found the place to go in Nantes for a very good authentic croissant.- Service

Nice place for your pastries especially their croissant. Their staff are very friendly and helpful even to me who don't speak English. There was no crowd today. I think their croissants come out around 2.30pm and in the morning when they open.

I think it’s the best boulangerie I’ve ever seen! The deserts are delicious with as less sugar as possible, very light and creamy (pistachio dessert is the best). The croissants are huge also Highly recommend ❤️

Boulangeries in France never disappoint, but this one was excellent! Definitely get the eclairs.

The best bakery in central Nantes, by far. Great breads, pastries and sandwiches. Tends to be queues out the door as it is so popular. Avoid other bakeries and head to ArnO. Limited English from the staff, but they do their best and are friendly and patient.
